If you have been diagnosed with Low Bone Density, Osteopenia or Osteoporosis and would like to know how to adapt poses to keep your body safe and promote bone and joint health, this workshop is for you!
In this workshop you will learn to:
+ Strengthen upper back to support good posture
+ Open and elongate spine for healthy spinal discs
+ Discover how to safely perform forward folds and twists
+ Care for your wrists and neck
+ Mobilize, strengthen, and protect your hips
+ Learn techniques you can use in any yoga class or in your home practice
