Yin Yoga is a simple, yet powerfully therapeutic practice that targets the body’s deep connective tissues. Done mostly while seated or lying down, poses are held for 2-5 minutes. This helps hydrate, detox, and protect ligaments, joints and bones and is especially effective in increasing mobility in the hips and spine.
