"Susan is a remarkable teacher. She is not only extremely skilled and able to provide expert guidance, she has a lovely soul and always creates a warm, encouraging and joyful experience for her students."
"Susan’s class is a welcoming and positive place to be! She creates a class experience where both novices and experienced yogis are challenged--differentiating poses so that all can participate. The breadth of her life experience in dance and yoga is evidenced in her intelligently planned sequences; her demonstrations and explanations of poses reflect a deep understanding of yoga as a practice for body, breath, and heart."
"Susan is an amazing yoga teacher! She is so knowledgeable about the body, explains things, gives individual attention and has fun during her classes. Yin Yoga was new to me and her expertise has helped with some back problems and taught me a lot about the practice. I highly recommend any of her classes".
"I look forward to every Monday Chair Yoga class. The way I feel at the end of each class I wish would last throughout the week. Best class I ever took. I’m in it for the long haul."
"Seven long months into my concussion recovery, and desperate to try anything to help, I walked into Susan's Yoga Healing for Concussions class. I had never done any yoga, and I found myself in a "concussion safe" environment with a yoga practice involving meditation and gentle movement adapted specifically for concussion patients. Each themed week focused on how to find inner strength and positivity throughout the recovery process, much needed in what had been such a negative and difficult time in my life. The influence of the positive community and practice of yoga and mindfulness has truly healed and supported me in countless ways throughout my recovery" Jillian C.
